Feta cheese (fat free)
Hummus (homemade)
Now that's what I call a good lunch.
I didn't have any deli meat for a sandwich so I opted for protein from the Navy beans in in my hummus (I didn't use Garbanzo beans). The sweet of the apple mixed with the pungent taste of the hummus was a great combo. The feta was like a little cherry on top. Delicious! (and healthy)
